Inland & Coastal Waterways Maintenance
Keep channels navigable and harbours operational
Regular maintenance dredging ensures safe navigation depths for vessels of all sizes. The MOC MultiTool's compact dimensions and shallow 0.50m lightship draft make it ideal for marina basins, boat ramps, and confined harbour areas where larger dredging equipment cannot operate. Whether clearing accumulated silt from berths or maintaining access channels, this system delivers reliable performance in the most demanding maintenance scenarios.

Land Reclamation & Environmental Improvements
Restore ecosystems and reclaim valuable land
The MOC MultiTool excels at heritage and environmental improvement projects. From removing contaminated sediments to restoring natural drainage patterns, this versatile system addresses both immediate remediation needs and long-term environmental health. Its ability to operate in muddy and swamp conditions makes it ideal for wetland restoration and land reclamation projects globally.

Urban, Industrial & Mining Canals
Clean and maintain critical water infrastructure
Industrial facilities and mining operations rely on efficient water management and material handling. The MOC MultiTool supports tailings pond maintenance, settling basin management, and industrial canal upkeep. With a dredging capacity of 900 m³/hr, the suction dredging system rapidly moves large volumes of material while rock breaking and backhoe capabilities handle challenging substrates.

Construction Support & Piling
Foundation work in water and on land
The MOC MultiTool transforms into a capable piling platform using the vibrating piling hammer attachment. This system can drive steel and wooden piles up to 200mm diameter in water depths up to 5 metres, making it ideal for foundation work in marine construction, dock installations, and shoreline stabilisation projects. The hydraulic auger attachment enables precision drilling for construction applications.
Core Capabilities
Explore the versatile capabilities of the MOC MultiTool system

Suction Dredging
High-capacity hydraulic dredging at 900 m³/hr
The MOC MultiTool's rotating cutter head has been engineered to operate in very shallow depths. The dredged material can be pumped ashore through a floating 300mm polyethylene pipeline up to 550m in length. Alternatively, spoil and dredging material can be loaded directly into barges or ashore. The system handles dense aquatic vegetation and various sediment types, making it ideal for channel maintenance, harbour deepening, and environmental remediation.

Backhoe & Dipper Dredging
Precise excavation with 180° rotation
The MOC MultiTool can operate a 600 litre clamshell bucket, a backhoe bucket of up to 700 litres, and rakes of various sizes. With the versatility of being able to rotate the buckets and rakes through 180°, the machine can operate in either backhoe or dipper dredge mode. This feature is ideal for sediment removal near structures where precision is critical. The excavator boom reaches 7.3m with depth coverage up to 6.57m.

Vegetation Clearing
Efficient aquatic and shoreline management
The vegetation raking capability enables efficient clearing of aquatic and shoreline vegetation that impedes navigation or construction activities. The 2.75-metre wide rake attachment is designed to cut and collect vegetation in a single pass, making it highly effective for maintaining waterways, preparing construction sites, and environmental management projects. Various rake sizes are available dependent on project requirements.

Piling Operations
Steel and timber piles up to 200mm diameter
By utilising high frequency vibration to vibrate the pile body, vertical vibration is passed to the pile which changes the soil structure around it, reducing substrate strength. The combination of excavator downforce, vibrating pile hammer, and pile body weight allows piles to be driven effortlessly. Both timber and steel piles up to 200mm diameter can be installed to 5.0m water depth in sand and silt substrates.

Rock Breaking
Demolition and substrate preparation
Rock breakers are widely used in construction, mining and environmental practices. The powerful percussion hammer attachment is capable of demolishing concrete structures or breaking rocks up to 100mm diameter. With a working weight of 1000kg and impact rate of 450-750 bpm, this capability extends the MOC MultiTool's versatility for challenging substrates and demolition work.
